Cancellation Policy

Cooking Class Policy 1. General Policy All participants must register and pay in full before attending any class. Classes are non-refundable unless cancelled by the instructor. Participants must disclose any food allergies or dietary restrictions upon registration. Minimum age to attend is [6]; minors must be accompanied by a guardian unless enrolled in a kids-only class. 2. In-Person Classes Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow for check-in and preparation. Closed-toe shoes and long hair tied back are mandatory for safety. Ingredients and equipment will be provided unless otherwise specified. Inappropriate behavior or failure to follow safety instructions may result in removal from the class without refund. 3. Online Zoom Classes Access & Setup A Zoom link will be sent 24–48 hours before the scheduled class. Participants are responsible for having Zoom installed and tested prior to the session. Class recordings may be available upon request (if permitted by the instructor). Ingredients & Prep A list of required ingredients and tools will be emailed at least 3 days in advance. Participants are responsible for sourcing and preparing their ingredients ahead of time. Please prepare your workspace to be camera-ready, well-lit, and free of distractions. Participation & Conduct Your camera should be on during the session to allow for interaction and feedback. Please mute your microphone when not speaking to avoid background noise. Be respectful to the instructor and other participants. Sharing or recording class content without permission is strictly prohibited. 4. Cancellations & Rescheduling In-person classes: 48-hour notice required for rescheduling; no-shows forfeit their fee. Online classes: If you miss a session, you may be provided a recording (if available). The instructor reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to low enrollment, illness, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, full refunds or credits will be issued. 5. Liability Waiver By attending, participants agree to assume full responsibility for their own safety during cooking activities. The instructor or hosting organization is not liable for injuries, allergic reactions, or property damage.
